Administrative Assistant

Azhar'S Electrical Work is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join its team in Attapur, Hyderabad. Salary is up to ₹11,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Data entry, Email etiquette and Basic accounting
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone dependable and well spoken

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹11,000 per month.
