A new Hr Executive role is open at B J Bright Enterprises, Sector 63 - Noida, Delhi. 4 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month.

What you will do

As an Hr Executive, your work will include:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Payroll, Screening and HRMS
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, confidential attitude
