• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Email, Ms Power Point and Ms Word
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
