What you will do

In this role, you will:

• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Eligibility

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point
• Female Only
• Good English
