Booking Coordinator

B2B Dev Hospitality is looking for a Booking Coordinator to join its team in New Ranip, Ahmedabad. 3 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month.

Who can apply

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Food & beverage service, Billing / POS, Communication, Guest service
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well groomed and friendly

What you will do

• Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly
• You'll maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards.
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen
• Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable
• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service

Compensation

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
