A Company Secretary (Cs) Professional Ensuring Legal Compliance And Corporate Governance. Key Duties Include Managing Board Meetings, Maintaining Statutory Records, Advising On Compliance Matters.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Accounts receivable, Bank reconciliation, MS Excel, GST
• Female Only
• Good English

Key responsibilities

• You will coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation.
• You'll process invoices, payments and expense claims.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns.
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
