We Are Looking For A Debt Recovery Executive Responsible For Collecting Outstanding Payments From Customers And Ensuring Timely Recovery Of Dues. The Candidate Will Communicate With Customers, Negotiate Repayment Plans, And Maintain Proper Records Of Collection Activities. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Domestic, Inbound | Languages : Hindi, English

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi and Inbound
• Basic English

Day-to-day work

As a Debt Recovery Agent, your work will include:

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities

Compensation

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹27,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
