Day-to-day work

• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point and Tally
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Tally, Email, Computer
• Internet Surfing, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, MS Power Point
• A dependable, detail-oriented attitude

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹26,000 per month.
