To Generate Leads By Making Outbound Calls To Manage Leads Properly I.E. All Hot Leads Generated For Insurance Center And Direct Calls Shall Be Passed On To The Venue Manager And Follow Up Regularly Until The Conversion. To Generate Mis As To Number Of Leads Generated, Appointment And Conversions. To Inform Prospective Clients. Languages : Hindi, Bengali

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

Eligibility

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Bengali and Hindi
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Languages: Hindi, Bengali
• A polite, calm under pressure attitude

Pay and perks
