Skills and qualifications

• Comfortable with Record keeping, Typing, Email etiquette, Basic accounting

What you will do

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
