Back Office Assistant

Bajaj life insurance wants to bring on a Back Office Assistant for its Alambazar, Kolkata team. 30 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹50,000/month.

Handle Support Functions Like Data Entry, Record Management, And Report Preparation. Ensure Efficient Documentation And Maintain Workflow Accuracy. Assist Front-Line Teams By Managing Behind-The-Scenes Operations.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
