Day-to-day work

As a Recruitment Administrator, your work will include:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

Candidate profile

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Recruitment, Labour law basics, HRMS, MS Excel
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
