What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Payroll, Labour law basics, HRMS and Screening
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• A good communicator, confidential attitude

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹78,000 per month.
