Bajaj Life Insurance wants to bring on a Talent Acquisition Executive for its Laxmisagar, Bhubaneswar team. 30 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹70,000/month.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, Labour law basics and Screening
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are people-oriented and good communicator

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

Salary

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹70,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
