Your responsibilities

As a Tl,Srp, Rp & Trp, your work will include:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Compensation

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹42,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
