• Comfortable with MS Office, Record keeping, Basic accounting, Typing

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
