Business Development Manager: Responsible For Generating Leads, Acquiring New Clients, Promoting Insurance Products, Developing Strong Customer Relationships, Identifying New Business Opportunities, And Achieving Assigned Sales And Business Targets.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• You'll achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Customer handling, Local market knowledge, Negotiation, Presentation
