Baker & Mill is looking for a Bakery Helper to join its team in Varkala, Thiruvananthapuram. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Hygiene standards, Billing / POS, Communication, Food & beverage service
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A well groomed, friendly attitude

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

As a Bakery Helper, your work will include:

• You will handle billing, reservations and guest feedback.
• Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable
• Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.
• Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly.
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service.
