Follow Up With Customers For Pending Payments Related To Haj & Umrah Packagesmaintain And Track Customer-Wise Outstanding Reportscoordinate With The Sales Team To Ensure Payment Schedules Are Alignedsend Payment Reminders Via Calls, Messages, And Emailsupdate Records Of Collections, Receipts. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of KYC, Compliance, Documentation and Financial products
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
