Center Manager

Bakingo is looking for a Center Manager to join its team in Sholinganallur, Chennai. You can earn up to ₹35,000/month.

Lead And Motivate Teams To Achieve Operational Targets And Objectives. Manage Workflows, Assign Tasks, And Ensure Quality Standards Are Maintained. Analyze Performance Metrics And Implement Strategies To Improve Productivity. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Financial products, Compliance, MS Excel and KYC
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are ethical and persuasive
