• Comfortable with Labour law basics, MS Excel, HRMS, Recruitment

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 per month.

What the job involves

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
