Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Local market knowledge, Presentation, Target achievement, Negotiation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are target-driven and persuasive

Day-to-day work

As an Agency Development Manager, your work will include:

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
