Balaji Post Press Is Looking For An Assistant Production Manager To Support Day-To-Day Floor Operations For Our Rigid Box And Packaging Manufacturing Unit. You Will Work Closely With The Production Team, Coordinators, And Factory Staff To Ensure Smooth Job Execution, Timely Delivery, And Quality Control Across All Stages.Supervise Daily Production. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Quality control, 5S, Preventive maintenance and Machine operation
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are disciplined and hard-working

Your responsibilities

As an Assistant Production Manager, your work will include:

• Reduce wastage and improve line efficiency.
• Operate and monitor machines and report breakdowns
• Run production as per daily plan, quality and safety norms
• Coordinate with stores, maintenance and dispatch teams
• Carry out quality checks and maintain inspection records

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
