Payroll Executive

A new Payroll Executive role is open at Balarca Projects Private Limited, Dwarka Sector 11, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹32,000/month.

1.Process End-To-End Payroll On Weekly, Or Monthly Basis. 2.Maintain And Update Employee Payroll Records Including Salaries, Bonuses, Deductions, And Benefits. 3.Manage Payroll Taxes, Pf, Esi, Professional Tax, And Other Statutory Contributions. 4.Coordinate With Hr For Employee Data Updates Such As New Hires, Terminations, Promotions. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting

Compensation

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of GST, MS Excel, Bank reconciliation and Accounts payable
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are accurate and organised
