We Are Looking For A Responsible And Organized Candidate To Manage Company Documents And Files, Maintain Proper Department-Wise Records, And Coordinate With Internal Teams. The Candidate Should Have Basic Computer Knowledge, Good Organizational Skills, And The Ability To Handle Documentation Efficiently. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

As an Admin & Documentation Executive, your work will include:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
