Bandidos Jeans wants to bring on an Executive Assistant for its Karol Bagh, Delhi team. Salary is up to ₹45,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Typing, MS Office and Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and dependable

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month.
