Manage Payroll Inputs Including Attendance, Leave, Overtime And Full & Final Settlements. Handle Recruitment, Interview & Hr Policies Ensure Compliance With Factories Act Clra And Shops & Establishment Act. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, MS Excel, Recruitment, Screening
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and confidential

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
