Welcome And Assist Visitors Professionally.Handle Incoming And Outgoing Calls.Manage Front Desk And Reception Area.Schedule Appointments And Meetings.Maintain Visitor And Office Records.Handle Emails And Couriers.Provide Administrative Support.Coordinate With Different Departments.Manage Office Supplies.Ensure Excellent Customer Service. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with MS Office, Typing, Record keeping, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A well spoken, organised attitude

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
