Bankera is looking for an Hr Executive to join its team in Udhna, Surat. Salary is up to ₹22,000/month.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Labour law basics, Payroll and Screening
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and organised

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
