Debt Recovery Officer

Banksmore Management wants to bring on a Debt Recovery Officer for its Nirman Vihar, Delhi team. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with MS Excel, KYC, Documentation, Financial products
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone trustworthy and ethical

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
