Banksmore Management wants to bring on a Debt Recovery Specialist for its Tilak nagar, Delhi team. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Financial products, MS Excel, Compliance and Documentation
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are persuasive and trustworthy

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
