What the job involves

As a Dra Certified Debt Recovery Special..., your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Complaint handling, Active listening, CRM tools, Verbal communication
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A patient, customer-first attitude
