A Payment Collection Professional Is Responsible For Recovering Overdue Debts And Maintaining Healthy Cash Flow For A Business. They Contact Clients, Negotiate Repayment Plans, Resolve Payment Discrepancies, And Update Account Records. This Role Minimizes Financial Losses While Sustaining Positive Customer. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Hindi and English, Complaint handling, Active listening, Verbal communication
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
