Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Verbal communication, Hindi and English, Complaint handling, CRM tools
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone polite and calm under pressure
