Banksmore Management wants to bring on a Recovery Executive for its Shakarpur, Delhi team. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. The team is filling 10 vacancies.

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Active listening, CRM tools, Typing speed and Hindi and English
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A polite, calm under pressure attitude

Roles and responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
