The Candidate Should Have Good Computer Knowledge, Fast Typing Speed, Proficiency In Ms Office And Ai Tools Like Chatgpt, And Be Able To Manage Office Operations Efficiently. A Valid Driving L. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Record keeping, Email etiquette and MS Office
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
