Roles and responsibilities

As a Chat Process Executive, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Domestic, Inbound, International and Outbound
• Good English

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
