Barwings hospitality is looking for a Back Office Assistant to join its team in Charni Road, Mumbai. There are 3 open positions. Salary is up to ₹18,000/month.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Back Office Assistant, your work will include:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Internet Surfing and Ms Power Point
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• You are well spoken and dependable

Compensation

Compensation: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
