Job Role Accountant & Operations Executiveresponsible For Billing & Invoicing, Tally Entries, Maintaining Accounts, Ledgers, Bank Statements, Bank Reconciliation, Purchase & Sales Records, Gst-Related Accounting, Party Outstanding And Vendor Records. Prepare Basic Mis And Accounting Reports. Coordinate With The Production Team For Order Status And Assist In Production Planning. Handle Dispatch Coordination, Maintain Dispatch Records, And Coordinate With Transporters For Booking, Vehicle Availability, Delivery Status And Pending Deliveries. Support Management In Day-To-Day Accounts, Production, Dispatch And Other Operational Activities. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Audit, Taxation | Skills Needed : TDS, Finalization

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• You will maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Audit, Finalization, Taxation and Tds
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
