Account Assistant

Bd Edible Oils Pvt Ltd is looking for an Account Assistant to join its team in Jhotwara, Jaipur. Salary is up to ₹40,000/month.

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

As an Account Assistant, your work will include:

• You will process invoices, payments and expense claims.
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• You'll support month-end closing and financial reporting.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Bank reconciliation, Accounts payable, GST and Tally
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
