Customer Service

Bdart Technologies (Opc) Private Limited wants to bring on a Customer Service for its T.Nagar, Chennai team. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹22,000/month.

Experience: Minimum 1 Year In Customer Service / Renewals Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Weekdays (Monday To Friday) Shift Timings: Female: 10:00 Am - 7:00 Pm, Male: 12:00 Pm 9:00 Pm. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Telugu, Malayalam, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, English

Day-to-day work

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: English, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Telugu, Malayalam, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, English
• You are self-motivated and confident
