The Factory Manager Will Be Responsible For Complete Factory Coordination And Execution. This Includes Production Planning, Machine Utilization, Manpower Handling, Procurement Follow-Up, Quality Coordination, Dispatch Execution, And Daily Operational Management. The Role Requires Ownership, Discipline, Problem-Solving, And Strong Follow-Up Skills. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

As a Factory Incharge, your work will include:

• Maintain a professional attitude with customers and colleagues
• Coordinate with your supervisor and team members
• You'll raise issues early and suggest practical fixes.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
• You'll keep simple daily records of your work.

Salary

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Time management, Problem solving, Teamwork and Basic computer use
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An eager to learn, well organised attitude
