Manage Daily Housekeeping Operations And Cleaning Schedules Supervise Housekeeping Staff, Shifts, And Attendanceensure Hygiene, Sop, And Quality Audit Compliancehandle Inventory, Chemicals, Linen, And Vendor Coordinationresolve Guest/Client Complaints Within Tatcontrol Manpower And Consumable Costs Train Team And Improve Productivity. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel

Day-to-day work

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Basic Excel
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹4,50,000 per month.
