The Role Also Includes Calling Customers After Service For Feedback, Maintaining Positive Relationships, And Encouraging Satisfied Customers To Post Google Reviews. Additionally, The Candidate Will Handle Basic Data Entry Tasks By Updating Customer Records, Feedback Details, And Order History In Excel Or Google Sheets. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Good Communication Skills, Be Comfortable On Calls, And Be Able To Manage Multiple Tasks Efficiently With A Polite And Customer-Focused Approach. Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You'll achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
