We Are Looking For A Crm Executive To Handle Customer Enquiries From Justdial, Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp And Calls. The Candidate Will Follow Up With Customers For Requirements, Order Status, Payment And Delivery Updates. He/She Will Also Coordinate With Jobbers/Vendors, Production And Dispatch Teams For Pending Work Status. Basic Computer/Excel Knowledge And Good Communication Skills Are Required. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Advanced Excel, Record Management | Skills Needed : Computer

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Computer, Record Management
• Good English

Roles and responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Compensation

You will be paid ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month.
