Job Responsibilities- Make Outbound Calls To Customers Regarding Personal Loan (Pl) & Overdraft (Od) Products.- Explain Loan Products, Eligibility, Benefits, And Documentation Requirements.- Generate And Manage Leads Through Telephonic Communication.- Follow Up With Interested Customers And Convert Leads Into Successful Applications.-. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Preferred Experience In : Loan

Salary and benefits

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
