- Make Outbound Calls To Customers Regarding Personal Loan (Pl) & Overdraft (Od) Products.- Explain Loan Products, Eligibility, Benefits, And Documentation Requirements.- Generate And Manage Leads Through Telephonic Communication.- Follow Up With Interested Customers And Convert Leads Into Successful Applications.- Maintain Regular Follow-Ups. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales, Domestic | Languages : English, Hindi

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi and Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹19,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
