Loan Officers Will Be Responsible For Providing Loans, Servicing To Small Retailers And Business Outlets And Perform Collection Activities Under The Bharat Super Shop (Bss) Model And Generating Leads And Meeting Sales Goals. This Outbound/Field Job Requires Good Interpersonal Skills And Basic Understanding Of Sales Process And Dynamics.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Local market knowledge, Negotiation, Target achievement, CRM
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone self-motivated and persuasive

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
