A Telecalling Executive In The Construction Field Typically Handles Outbound Calls To Potential Clients, Providing Information About Construction Projects, Understanding Their Needs, And Scheduling Site Visits. They Also Follow Up On Leads, Maintain Customer Databases, And Contribute To Sales Targets. Strong Communication, Persuasive Skills. Languages : Tamil | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
