Salary

Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹12,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What the job involves

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

• Education: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with Bengali, English, Hindi, Sales
